Rampage 29
If the Sparrow helicopter isn't at the helipad where you land from the previous mission go down the stairs and come back again. Hopefully it should have re-spawned. Take the Sparrow east to the Ocean Beach Ammunation store then keep going east across the street and land on the highest roof of the multi-colored building. The rampage icon is on a narrow ledge on the lower roof on the north-side of the street leading east. Drop down to the lower level. Blow up 12 cars in 2 minutes. As with all the 'kill the car' rampages the difficulty is finding enough cars. Also take care not to get too close to the car when it blows up. If you're not going to make it in time try to get yourself blown up. When you wake up outside the hospital you can take the helicopter around the back and try again.
Balloon 91
Head to the east end of the street from the previous location. The balloon is on the north-east corner of the building on the south-east corner of the junction.
Balloon 92
Head east from the previous location into the alley then turn south. At the end of the alley is a Comet parked in a recess of the building. The balloon is in the east corner of the recess.
Rampage 30
Head west across the street and behind the hedge fence surrounding the garden of the building at the southern end of the street on the west side. The rampage icon is behind the tree in the south-east corner of the garden. Kill 25 sharks in 2 minutes, usual story, keep targeting sharks, don't get too close and run around if you run out of targets.

BUSINESS 30
Head north and take over the final business near the Vice Point Pay 'n' Spray.
You may have lost a few of your businesses to rival gangs, if so, go and reclaim them to complete this mission.
